There are no other ingredients other than salt, time and cool Atlantic breezes that go into the making of this product and, of course, the expertise of the men and women at <strong>Herpac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mojama is sliced thinly, like a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bascofinefoods.com\/buy-spanish-foods\/spanish-serrano-ham.html\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">serrano ham<\/a> and is traditionally served dressed with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bascofinefoods.com\/buy-spanish-foods\/spanish-olive-oils.html\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">olive oil <\/a>and, tomatoes and lemon juice.
