Our preserved whole summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum) only have salt and water added before the sterilization process. Through this process, the truffle loses around 10%-30% of its weight; however it gives out a unique truffle juice. Truffle juice has countless utilities in high gastronomy, but it is not very well-known yet.<\/p>\n
