Almond-shaped and with a maximum diameter of approximately 20mm, they have an intense black colour and a denser texture than green olive spheres. These characteristics make them closely resemble a real black olive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">A classic appetiser of molecular or avant-garde cuisine, ready to use and enjoy.
