The company was founded in 1725 by Bautista Sirvant and has remained a family run company to this day. It is the family\u2019s dedication to maintaining these traditions that has made 1880 the benchmark for exceptional quality that it is today and has garnered a Denomination of Origin guaranteeing the quality of all their products.<\/p>\n

Following a century-old artisan recipe, only flawless whole almonds are roasted and mixed with a mixture of sugar and honey. The mixture is molded and covered with wafers, then wrapped.<\/p>\n
