Kripta has a straw colour with golden hues. It is slow-evolving, fine with persistent bubbles. Clean and bright. Sweet aroma with creamy notes of ripe fruit and vanilla; slightly toasted with a balmy smoked background and good complexity. Fine and elegant first taste, with perfectly integrated bubbles. Pleasant development with a silky froth against a vanilla, ripe fruit, toasted and truffle background. Very long and complex aftertaste where vanilla stands out on a toasted and butter background resulting from the long ageing process. Minimum ageing 48 months with a cork. Limited production with numbered bottles. Kripta comes with printed card showing the date of desgorgement on each label of our bottles.
