We recommend bringing the mousses to room temperature for 5 to 20 minutes before consumption, to emphasise its taste at its best. To serve, it is best to open the two lids and push one side to extract the entire mousse onto a plate. Once opened, cut into thin slices. To do this, use a sharp knife, previously passed through hot water. You can also use a cheese wire.
