There are many ways to cook octopus, we recommend a slow simmer for one hour to one and a half hours then marinating the octopus before finishing the tentacles on either the BBQ or in a hot frying pan.<\/p>\n
Our whole raw octopus is between 2 and 3kg in weight and has been caught off the coast of Spain. Octopus is a good low-fat source of protein that\u2019s high in vitamin B12.<\/p>\n
