Our vine prunings are a natural, repurposed byproduct, recycled, eco-friendly and sustainably sourced from highly selected vineyards in the region of Ribera del Duero.<\/p>\n
Grape vine prunings are known to go well with virtually any meat or fish. Start sparingly when first using as vine prunings can overpower foods. Simply add a handful of prunings over hot embers in order to get an instant hit of smoke and flavour into your food. Additional subtle flavours can be obtained by soaking the prunings in wine, beer, tea or water prior to smoking.<\/p>\n
