A truffle’s quality mainly depends on product freshness, from the harvest to the table. It undergoes an exhaustive cleaning and a manual selection process according to its colour, aroma, maturity grade and size before vacuum-packing in order to keep its fragrance and unparralled flavour.

Our preserved whole summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum) only have salt and water added before the sterilization process. Through this process, the truffle loses around 10%-30% of its weight; however it gives out a unique truffle juice. Truffle juice has countless utilities in high gastronomy, but it is not very well-known yet.

Our Whole Black Truffle Jar comes ready to use.  Simply slice thinly into pasta, risotto or your favourite salad dishes. Grate on meat fillings, sauces of all types or simply served with scrambled eggs for a luxurious breakfast.
