Description

Caviaroli drops are spheres made from crushed black olive juice from Aragon with an intense olive flavour. Almond-shaped and with a maximum diameter of approximately 20mm, they have an intense black colour and a denser texture than green olive spheres. These characteristics make them closely resemble a real black olive.

A classic appetiser of molecular or avant-garde cuisine, ready to use and enjoy. The spherical olives are contained in a mixture of brine and extra virgin olive oil to improve their preservation and so that when removed from the jar they have a thin layer of high-quality oil that gives them shine and a wonderful aroma.

It can be served on a catering spoon, a Japanese soup spoon, or a regular dessert spoon resting on the edge of the plate or tray where it is presented.

Suggested uses:

  • Pickled salads
  • With smoked
  • With cod, either desalted (esqueixada) or cooked.
  • Vegetable salads

Storage conditions:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, light, and strong odors.
  • Keep the spheres covered in their own covering oil
  • Once opened, it is recommended to keep it refrigerated, avoiding freezing (+2ºC – +26ºC) and consume within one week.

  • May contain traces of sulfites, almonds and/or fish.
