TASTING NOTES

Inspired by popular spritz style drinks, the new Alvear Twist  fino spritz is born from a carefully crafted recipe that combines the iconic Fino Alvear with natural aromas of elderflower, lemon, mint, and bergamot, resulting in a balanced, aromatic drink with just 5.5% alcohol by volume.

Founded in 1729, Bodegas Alvear is one of the oldest and most renowned family wineries in Spain. With nearly three centuries of history, it has managed to maintain a balance between respect for tradition and a commitment to innovation.

Alvear Twist is pale yellow with greenish notes. On the nose, citrus aromas (lemon and lime), floral aromas (elderberry and mint) and light notes of bergamot. On the palate, Twist is refreshing, balanced, with fine, light bubbles. It is recommended to serve Alvear Twist very cold, between 3 and 6 ºC, to fully enjoy its flavour and aroma.
